In the last 9 months, we have flown Premium Economy in Singapore Airlines, Eva Air, ANA, and Air New Zealand. The most comfortable flights have been in the Dreamliners of ANA and Air New Zealand. For sheer comfort and convenience for the dollar, we think Air New Zealand was our favorite. There were three Premium Economy rows arranged 2-4-2, so...

Enjoyed my time on this wonderful airline especially when I flew on the Air New Zealand Lord Of The Rings Boeing 777-300. Amazing staff, service and the food was excellent. It's too bad they don't fly into EWR but LAX and SFO only. I still wish they would've ordered the Boeing 747-8 to replace the Boeing 747-400s.

Awesome experience from a first class carrier. Seats clean and comfortable. Food good. Staff all friendly and helpful, explaining every time the seat belt sign went on and what the weather was doing!

Again self check in machines at Christchurch-but assisting staff appeared few and far between. However, won over the machine and got bags to drop point. Air NZ lady looking after the drop point was friendly to us -but not to someone in front of us whose bags were too heavy. Flight was a little late. VERY warmly welcomed aboard by...

Air New Zealand ground staff at Palmerston North airport very pleasant and helpful with check in proceedures -I hate those self check in devices... Welcomed on board by stewardess at the rear door (ATR 72 has rear passenger door), but was most disappointed to see 'front stewardess' slouching against luggage compartment/flight deck door with a look of almost comtempt for...

We were extremely well served by the aircrew on our flights in both directions. However, the touchdown we had to make for refuelling at Los Angeles airport was simply awful. We were looking forward to a two hour stopover thinking we could do some shopping, take in some food and drink and generally chill out a bit. The reality was...

Brilliant! Separate cabin, 2 big seats side by side. Menus same as Biz Class. Super New Zealand wine. Great entertainment offer. Friendly service. They don't take themselves too seriously, the mandatory info pre take-off is delivered in a fun video. Love the wallpaper in the restrooms! Obviously more expensive than economy but way less than full Business for not much...

We travelled on Air New Zealand in Dec16-Jan17, The inflight service was great, the variety of inflight entertainment was a life saver especially when you are travelling with 2 cranky kids on a very long flight. They did not make a sound! The food quality is great too...I'm not sure if you can pre order special meals but there is...
