4 hours in economy on a Chinese carrier....... when I saw the plane, an Airbus A330 I though, cant be bad, should be room on there...... oh dear how wrong was I? The plane was configured for Chinese people, and I guess internal travel, needless to say it was a long four hours, service was OK, nothing wrong, but stuck...

We were booked on Air China as part of an otherwise outstanding tour of India and Beijing by World Spree tours. My distress began when it took me hours to get seat assigments. After waiting for a ridiculous period of time for a phone rep whom I could barely understand, I was referred back to the website, which I'd already...

I have traveled many times on Air China as I now live in Beijing. I have always found the service to be good. The on flight staff are pleasant and accommodating. The meals have always been hot; the quality of food is just okay. The quality of the seat and leg room is fairly standard I believe with other air...

What a nightmare. We got onto the flight, and 20 minutes into the flight, I was struck with major sickness. So bad, that I fainted and threw up all over myself and my seat. The flight attendants didn't help me, none of them spoke english. I was asking for help, and to move our seats as I had thrown up...

Our first flight with Air China and we were pleasantly impressed with the leg room, food and in-flight services. Food is of the standard economy fare so don't expect haute cuisine but the meals were substantial, tastya nd more than can be found on some UK airlines. Leg room was very good and pillows, blankets and headsets were provided free...

Well - we had to go to Bangkok and we tried to get there cheapeast way possible. The check in and boarding pass procedure maybe should have warned us about the fact that something was very very wrong. At the check in, in Copenhagen - We were told that Air China's computer system was unable to print the boarding passes...

It's not Air China you have to worry about it's Beijing airport that should scare you. Air China is no different from any American chain airline. It's like comparing Chilis to Applebee's. You get what you pay for. I always find it hilarious ppl complaining about something that's budget friendly. I flew across the world (JFK to Beijing to Singapore)...
