On time departure, smooth check-in and boarding, lovely on board service. The aircraft was clean, with Premium Economy I had lots of legroom. Movie selection could have been better.

Flew round trip from Brisbane to Vancouver and then from Vancouver to Brisbane via Seattle to Vancouver. What a nightmare - after sitting in the airport for 6 hours we were advised our flight had been cancelled and virtually told we had to go and organise the retrieval of our own luggage and accommodation and return to the airport the...

A lovely 787-9 made this long flight bearable and comfortable. Staff were pretty good, and the food also. Great entertainment options.

Living in Tucson, Arizona, I am accustomed to flying in extremely small regional jets. But I have never felt so crammed in a plane as I was in this prop Bombardier Q400 between Toronto and Quebec City, Canada. Long and narrow, the plane had 78 seats with a 2x2 configuration. Passengers filled every one on this flight. And there seemed...

If Air Canada can't honor flight schedules from Toronto and Syracuse and vice versa then they should just stop that service instead of constantly screwing up people's travel plans. In one weekend I know of 3 flight a that were cancelled for these 2 cities. That's crazy. A one hour flight is now making my daughter stay in Toronto for...

We flew with Air Canada JAZZ recently from Montreal to Hamilton Airport ( we flew originally from Hamilton to Montreal...but not on the Jazz plane )....and the hostess was really friendly ...Chantal is her name. Although the flight took off 2 HOURS late it was still a pleasure to fly this short route with Jazz. We had time for a...

We took this flight thinking that it would be nice to reach our final destination in one flight as opposed to having a stop in another city in Europe on our way to Budapest. So we flew from Chicago to Toronto to catch this direct flight. Little did we know that his 767 had not been updated with modern technology....

I really enjoy flying AC business. I have done so in the past to Australia and this time to Brazil. The attendants are friendly and the food and service is always great. I do wish they had more movie choices. Sometimes flying to Australia 3x/year I pretty much burn through everything they had. Starting off,I flew Bos-Toronto and was surprised...

I was so disappointed in this flight, I upgraded to premium economy and would never do so again on this airline. We received a bottle of water when we came aboard, there was no pre dinner drink, the drinks and dinner arrived at the same time and after that we were lucky to catch the eye of a steward, seems...

Air Canada was not very helpful in their procedure when entering back to the US. They were not willing to explain these procedures nor where they friendly enough. Their common response was, " I don't Know"! Luggages where delayed and sent to a different flights, they never followed up after we'd made a claim, delivered one luggage to our house...
