i cannot recall a single flight from Pearson to Laguardia operated by AC to leave or arrive on time. this time the delay was almost 3 hours and while I understand the thunderstorm often affect LGA disproportionately, better communication and symphaty would be nice. the airport section occupied by AC at LGA always looks like Dante's inferno when planes are...

Our flight from Toronto to Manchester ended up being cancelled at 1 30 am. We could have accepted this had the airline staff been trained to deal with this. I can't believe there isn't a system in place to handle this kind of situation. Nobody knew what they were doing. We were given conflicting information many times. There was not...

Flight was delayed 4 hours in Lisbon causing many of us to miss connections in Montreal and me to miss a Keith Urban concert! The flight crew on board was very unfriendly....not a happy group. They acted as if it was a chore to do anything for their “customers”. I was supposed to have been on a 1:15 flight, they...

Every time I called, to get information about my flight, I was put on hold for at least 45 minutes. The flight was OK, however I did not find the flight attendants particularly friendly. On our first flight to Montreal, almost 4 1/2 hours, the only thing offered was a beverage one time. On the long flight to Barcelona, the...

How bad can one airline be? Air Canada turned our 12-hour travel time into a hellish 24 hours with unnecessary connections, and lost my bag. We were booked for Boston-Toronto-Warsaw, but the first flight (to Toronto) landed 3 hours late. The Toronto airport was a mess of delays due to storms, but our originally booked flight to Warsaw took off...

The crew was excellent and the food was amazing. We had a special chicken and the quality was equal to some of the better restaurants.

Air Canada is a very professional and efficient airline. Agents and attendants were courteous. Flights were on time and uneventful. High value to cost ratio in my opinion. I will fly with them again.

The plane was very comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a pleasant flight, much better than on the airline we traveled on going to Canada.

I am not a fan of the Boeing 737 Max. It is aptly name maximum passengers in a little space as possible. Though in business I was not looking forward to 4 hours in this aircraft. The good news the scheduled aircraft and AC very quickly replaced with an Airbus which though my favorite was a delight versus the 737...

This is a no frills flight, all you get is water or juice. Overnight flight no blanket no pillow. Have to pay for them. Have to pay for baggage, snacks etc. no leg room to stretch out to sleep. Seats don’t recline at all. Overall very disappointed. Have flown many airlines and this was the worst flight. Unfortunately no other...
