I liked it that there was more space, it seemed, in the seat and the seat belt. Seat seemed more comfortable too. Same for outward trip and coming back. Had good help from Air Canada staff at Heathrow. The two of us had somehow ended up with seperate seats even though I thought I had booked - and paid for...

All round great experience, especially considering the length of the flight. No turbulence as well, even though that doesn’t have anything to do with the airline company. Return trip was just as great! Thanks air canada!

This trip had a total of 4 flights - 2 there and 2 home. Air Canada somehow found a way for all 4 of them to be delayed. Then on the second to last flight they marooned a large group of people in Toronto for the night because they wouldn't hold their already late plane for 5 minutes. They did...

Friendly crew and three comfortable flights (all on time)! I sometimes worry when there isn’t much time between connecting flights, however, everything ran smoothly and our luggage arrived at the same time we did!

We bid for the upgrade and realized very quickly that it is not worth the price. Basically we paid $500 each to move from economy to premium economy for a bottle of water. Service was HORRIBLE. More food options in economy than in premium economy. Flight was empty. Never again. Fool me once.

We took and all inclusive from Calgary to Cancun. It was a 5.45hr flight and despite the new modern features of the plane, the seats were just plain uncomfortable and tight. I could not wait to get off this plane. Wow was it bad. The flight crew were terrific but guaranteed space is at a premium in this plane making...

Small seats, mediocre service, so-so food, small selection on video, all made for a very long trip. It's been over a year since I've done a trans-Atlantic flight but I was used to (on other carriers) rather good food, a rather large snack at the end of the flight, and flight attendants coming through the cabin on a regular basis...

Was surprised recently to discover that I am no longer earning any loyalty points for my Air Canada flights. After inquiring with the airline I discovered that they no longer issue points for most flights other than upgraded classes or higher priced fares for same route. I fly often for business but obviously won't charge my company more money for...

Basically I hate everything about Air Canada from the planes, the staff, and the service and then some. Basically, after a tiring flight you expect your luggage to be at your destination but no my two bags were MIA!! The service staff onboard also kept bumping into my shoulder really hard every time they rushed through the aisle and i...

I was trying to buy tickets online and it would say error and the price of the ticket went up by 120 dollars because I kept clicking on it. The person I spoke to on the phone was so rude and demanding. Never heard anyone speak like that on the phone as a customer service agent. Never buying Air Canada...
