No problems with the flight. We typically purchase the first row seats immediately behind first class. It gives a couple more inches room but because of the wall separating economy from first class you can’t stretch out your legs and feet. So the extra 2 inches really isn’t worth it. With these seats even my purse had to be stored...

Left late, but made up about half of the time en route. Flying for 13+ hours is always rough on the body. The only way to survive is to have an aisle seat 💺. The window is okay on short flights but the worst of all is the T-Rex 🦖 seat on flight. On board service polite but didn’t seem...

First time on a scheduled national carrier and a very good experience. Simple and fast check-in, on time departure and early arrival. Border control in Canada was fast and courteous, very different to the US experience. Aircraft food was very good, lots of water offers. Onboard team all on point and attentive. Took the chance to use the Maple Leaf...

My flight back home from Halifax was on a Bombardier Q400, a small propeller plane. It was so tiny that I almost tripped myself at the entrance. The engine was pretty loud, a big difference from the 737 MAX that I took to Halifax. I was seated at the very back of the plane right in front of the galley....

For my short hop to Halifax, I took a direct flight from Montreal, and the aircraft just happened to be a 737 MAX. I was able to snag an exit row with comfortable legroom. The seats were new and nice, and loved the screen of the IFE. Air Canada’s 737 Max is my favorite narrow-body aircraft.

Customer service is not a core value of Air Canada. With few exceptions, their land and air employees are rude, and indifferent to the issues of their paying customers. Their service is mediocre at best. Their airplanes are old. Their in-flight services are non-existent on flights to the USA. We were stranded in Person International overnight on a day where...

I've flown a relative amount over years' worth of time. Different airlines. This is by far the worst. Flight delayed because of mechanical issues with a clock. Kept on the plane for HOURS!the plane was already late so we boarded late. Then waited until after 9 to be told we are deplaning. Now I'm stuck in a tiny waiting room....

1) THEY LIE: about the weather (you've got weather systems tracking on your iPhone AND flights AFTER yours are leaving) 2) THEY LIE: you've taxied out on the runway and are about to take off....."folks, we seem to have a flap problem" 3) THEY LIE: you've disembarked one flight and you're in the terminal.....suddenly....another Toronto bound flight...1/2 full is boarding!...

They never put my luggage on the plane. The had an over heavy plane from all the strollers that came on as carry on. So they sent the luggage on a different flight. Problem was I had a connecting flight with another airline to take a 5 week vacation. It took 3 weeks to get my luggage with no help...

Family of five with three children (aged 13 and under) recently flew from London Heathrow to Columbus, OH with a connection in Toronto. Our flight from Heathrow left ~15 minutes late. Upon landing in Toronto I turned on my phone and find out that due to our “late departure” Air Canada has preemptively cancelled us from our connection and rebooked...
