I believe that Aeromexico has more leg room than the other airlines going to Guadalajara. I like the fact that drinks and some of the things that they offer are part of the flying ticket. Coffee size too small! BUT it is free!

Bought a round-trip ticket Houston – Quito for a fairly good price, making a layover on Mexico City. The layover was over 4 hrs but if you’ve ever been to Benito Juarez International Airport, that’s about the minimum you need to make a proper transfer since you have to pick up luggage and make a connection. The day before my...

Lost my stroller!!! I asked where is my stroller they told me they don't have it. Found airline counters to complaint, and they told me sorry. That's it... It's my second time and the very last time taking this airline. My first experience was coming from Argentina stopped at Mexico city, the LAX. My checked in luggages got broken into...

First, we departed SMF to Guadalajara, connecting to Cancun. Flights were on time, planes were clean, employees were courteous. Flights offered in flight entertainment, non alcoholic beverage service and snacks, complimentary. Check in lines were long at Sacramento, but moved fairly quickly. Entry point was Guadalajara, so we did customs and immigration at that airport. Idiot that I am, I...

My long legged husband was happy that his knees were not touching the seat in front of him. Flights arrived on time. Had layovers both ways in Mexico City plenty of places to eat and shop. Food prices reasonable varied types of restaurants....

According to PROFECO - Mexico's regulatory agency - ALL airlines exiting Mexico are suppose to allow your 1st bag FREE. I had a copy of the article from THE NEWS with me - in English & Spanish. Agent explained that they had to charge me for my 1 bag (weight 40#) as they had 900 days to dispute PROFECO on...

As a chronic penny pincher, I have flown Spirit Air and Allegiant Air too many times for the sake of saving a couple hundred bucks here and there. With those airlines I have often regretted my frugality. Still, I made the same decision with AeroMexico on a trip from Texas to Ecuador (via Mexico City.) I have to say that...

I have booked a flight with Aeromexico. Something came up and contacted them to have my flights changed. Due to the high penalty of changing a flight, I said no to the change. Instead I bought a one way ticket with them(Aeromexico) to catch up my other flights. Because I did not show up for my first flight, they cancelled...
