We took four flights in total and found them all very efficient. For the most part they were on time (we had an hour delay on one of them) and the staff were friendly and the service good. All in all a very good experience. Note: no alcohol is served.

I had high hopes for Aerolineas Argentinas. Check in was relatively easy and we were given passes for the BA Club at JFK due to our Gold Status on Delta. Nice way to begin our first trip to Argentina! Boarding the flight was a bit hectic. On board service was ok. Food was just ok. Bathrooms were filthy. Arrival at...

Excellent new aircraft on outward and return journeys. On time performance each way too. Inflight service was very basic and not a lot of cabin crew visibility during flight. Overall, satisfactory... no frills

Somewhat hesitant in travelling with this airline as it doesn't have the best reputation. However I was pleasantly surprised with our flight. The plane was quite new, very clean, comfortable seats, friendly service with actual smiles form the crew. More importantly, it departed on time and arrived early. The only negative was that nothing was offered on board, not even...

Flew Aerolineas Argentinas MIA-USH via EZE in February to connect with an expedition cruise south of the Antarctic Circle. All flights were on time and arrived early. Spotless airplanes, A330s international and new 737s domestic. Wonderful air crews and very helpful and friendly ground personnel. Much better experience than flying American Airlines 787 (business) US-China last May and the horrid...

We flew business class from JFK to Buenos Aires, and then used Aerolineas for most of the internal flights in Argentina. Every one of our flights was on time or early arrival. We could not ask for more. On the JFK-EZE route, the seats do not fully recline, but they are considered "angled lay flat" seats--meaning there's a slight dip...

Firstly ,Aerolineas has been terrible for quite a long time, but the CEO changed so I was hoping that the experience would have been better, and it was, sort of... The seats recline almost nothing, and the head rest is fixed, which is really uncomfortable. The food(pasta was my choice) was literally cold and the cream sauce, was more of a cold...

Flying business class, you have some expectations....few of these were met. The seat didn't fully recline, even though it was supposed to, the food was totally airplane food, the entertainment options were limited, the staff were a little surly. Not great......

Within few months of booking the ticket, flight timings changed 3 times. On the day of departure the flight was cancelled!
