We were on a points based flight from Sydney to LA on Virgin . Very pleased to report that the service and care was exemplary. The leg room was excellent , and food was as good as airline foods gets in economy. Very impressed

Check in was disappointing taking 50 minutes. I think partly due to it being school holidays and families travelling. The flight was delayed by an hour due to late arrival of earlier flights. Not a great start but the cabin crew and staff made up for this with good service and were trying their best for passengers. Flight was perfect....

About Virgin Australia
Virgin Australia (VA) is the country's second-largest airline. It flies to about 50 destinations, including about 30 within Australia, as well as points in New Zealand, the South Pacific, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and North America. The airline's fleet features a variety of two-cabin and three-cabin configurations, including Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class seating. At nine Australian airports, premium cabin passengers have access to the carrier's Virgin Australia Lounge. The airport has hubs at four airports: Auckland Airport (AKL), Brisbane Airport (BNE), Melbourne Airport (MEL) and Sydney Airport (SYD).
