After a horrible checkin experience due to a booking glitch which AirAsia have now admitted to, we then discovered mid flight there is no choice of meals with the pre purchased meal. My wife does not eat rice and we either had chicken and rice or nothing! Leg room is less than Jetstar also.

Great staff who are always very friendly. The flight is cheap, but the on board drinks are expensive $8 for a can of Bingtang?? However pre-ordered food which was cheap and OK and came with water.

It is true that it is a low cost airline. But bare minimum of drinking water should have been provide free of cost in the flight.

CGK - JOG - CGK. the flight was okay. the cabin crews didnt enforce the cabin baggage restriction, seeing most of the paxs with 2 or more cabin baggage, so some of the paxs ended up with no more spaces at the overhead compartment for their cabin bag. Boarding at JOG was a mess, no coordination at all.

CGK to KL was okay. However, we faced the turbulence during our flight from KL to Krabi. And I think it is one of the most terrifying turbulence I ever experience. Well done to the pilot that can land safely. And it was 30 minutes faster than expected. That was amazing.

while booking got so many options with varied prices, ended up buying one with only cabin luggage of 7 kg. Then had to buy additional luggage which was costly. No food is included in the ticket. You need to buy during the flight which has very very less options for vegetarians. Charge for every seat selection. Even though more leg...
