Last year's vacation to Iceland was wonderful. Part of that great experience was the pleasant flights outbound and inbound. Both flights were on well-maintained 757 aircraft, one with interior lighting mimicking the northern lights. Two checked bags per person were allowed free. Seating was on more comfortable seats than on Delta 757s, with much more legroom in cabin class.

Recently flew with Icelandair to Iceland for the weekend. As soon as the boarding was opened it seemed to be last call think so many flights are like this now a days so was a bit rushed and had to run a good bit through the airport! Once on the flight TV screens on each chair which was great you...

This airline is incredibly efficient; they can board 400 people into a plane in 10 minutes. The staff was great and it was an all around good trip. Iceland is an expensive place to visit. After one week there I was used to the prices. The only time I actually felt that I was ripped-off was on the way back...

Our first time on Icelandair, and it did not fail us. Boarded without expectations but it was a smooth ride during the 3 hours flight. Had to purchase food on board, but it was a good smooth purchase and food was tasty too. Flight was not full that morning and the boarding made easy. We will surely fly Icelandair again.

Why fly Air Canada or other major carrier that packs economy passengers in like cattle and treats them like garbage. Icelandair seems to appreciate their customers and has reasonable leg room and comfortable seats even in the economy section. Food is for purchase but surprisingly good for airplane fare. Prices for food are comparable to other airlines (not cheap). Everyone...

I just returned from my second trip to Iceland and have nothing but good things to say about Iceland Air. Booking online through their website is easy, as is finding more details about ticket classes and baggage. Both times I booked the least expensive Economy class ticket and in no way did I feel like I was missing out on...

I choose Icelandair to make use of their free stopover program in which you can spend up to seven days in Iceland on a layover with no additional airfare costs. This is a fantastic deal, which I plan to take advantage of again. The comfort of the flights were average and the stewardesses, though not necessarily warm, were quite professional....

Had 4 flights in total with Icelandair this holiday and all where fantastic flights. Attendants where lovely, all hot drinks and soft drinks are included with your price. Entertainment is on the back of the seat in front of you and there's lots to choose from. This is our new favourite airline

Comfy seats, wifi, great service, punctual. I witnessed the flight crew help a very old ( had to be 100+) Innu woman who did not speak English or Icelandic to the rest room several times. They were so kind and gentle, it was amazing. Congratulations on your level of service
