I wish there are more airlines competition. The fare is a bit expensive for a 3-hour flight from CPH to KEF. Old movies and no headphones provided.

I booked a holiday with Icelandair which included flights, hotel and Northern lights tour. I decided to buy a whale watching tour too, I also purchased the transportation from the airport to the hotel which it said takes about 45 minutes. To start with you check in online but there is no point because there is no baggage drop at...

I've flown with Icelandair a few times now. It is genius that Iceland is using their location as a quick stop and connection between North America and Europe. It's also the cheapest. I became part of their free Saga Club and hope to take advantage of their 7 days trip through Iceland soon. Above all else, their airline is my...

It was a good flight. Checking in fine - one luggage bag included in the price! Remember an incident at Keflavik airport earlier where an Icelandair assistant stepped in to lessen the queue of another airline and checked me in. I gave her then a Dianetics book I had on me in return! The company started with apologizing for the...

I have to say that this is my favorite airline of all time. The level of service along with the comfort is what keeps me coming back. I recently flew with a competitor that offers a cheaper flight but I've learned my lesson and I will forever be going with Icelandair now.

I decided to take advantage of Iceland's "free layover" while on my way to do a backpacking tour of Europe and then heading to Egypt. I am so glad I did!!! My entire roundtrip flight cost me $1100 and I got 3 free nights in Iceland! Coming from Canada, that's the same price we pay here for a flight across...

I flew on the Boeing 757 on the 23rd January 2017 from Gatwick to Reykjavik. The aircraft was clean and the Air Stewardesses were welcoming and friendly. I had plenty of legroom in Economy yet I wouldn't say the seats were comfortable (I will be honest and say I was suffering from a cold at the time). The IFE system...

Very expensive fares compared to other airlines, seats were just plastic covered (other airlines have fabric covers even in economy), you have to buy food and drink, and headphones. I've bought food/drink on other airlines before, but only on super-cheap low fare ones where that was to be expected. Soft drinks and tea/coffee were stated to be free, so I...

Flew from Helsinki to Toronto via Reykjavik and both flights were quite pleasant. Friendly service, ok seats and transfer at Reykjavik was very smooth. Will use them again.
