My second time flying Icelandair was just as great as the first time some eight years ago. My wife and I enjoy traveling to the warm Caribbean during the dark and cold winter months of New England. Our first trip with Icelandair was a charter flight from Logan airport in Boston to the Dominican Republic. Recently, upon returning from another...

We recently flew from Seattle, WA to Keflavik on Iceland Air. Prior to our flight, I had read some reviews of the airline and was unsure about what to expect. Contrary to some comments, this was one of the best flights we have ever taken ... and we have taken a lot! From our first experience at the check in...

Flew Icelandair to Scotland - stopped in Iceland. Service really great and although no meals anymore - snacks were offered and really wonderful yogurt or oatmeal. Paid for of course. I took my own meal onboard and with a glass of red wine was quite happy. Had plenty of room in my seat, watched couple of movies and had a...

we used this airline as part of a package for a recent trip to Iceland, the flight on the way there was economy class, and very enjoyable, comfortable seats and lots of entertainment options, movies, music etc, however due to bad weather in the United states my flight going back was cancelled, I found out the morning of my departure that...

We flew Icelandair roundtrip SEA-KEF-SEA as part of an package that included hotel and a couple of tours. We loved the flights, since the service was so good. Legroom in economy is a bit cramped for a tall guy like me (over 6'). If you can afford the upgrade to economy comfort, it's worth it, as we experienced on the...

Flight left and arrived on time, great leg room. 23kg luggage allowance plus 10kg carry on allowance. We sat right at the back of the plane Row 34?. Nice touch screen to watch films, and to access other entertainment was good. Free drinks, which was very good. Will try and use Icelandair again.

Just used this airline and route for second time in 18 months and they do just what they say on the tin. On time for every flight, roomy seats, good choice of snacks to purchase as no on board meals provided. Good duty free shop at Keflavik en route. Great to say goodbye to LHR when you live in the...

Well run, efficient airline with friendly and courteous flight crew. After a bird strike to of the aircrafts engines we returned to the airport in Reykjavik and they managed to find us another aircraft , getting us home the same day. Thank you

Booking process was easy as was airport check in. Planes were clean and crew were professional throughout. Complimentary drink was welcome but a simple snack would have added to the experience. Baggage allowance was very good. For a relatively short flight in-flight entertainment was good. Little expensive but overall worth the extra cost.
