I use Flybe a lot flying to and from Aberdeen and I find they are good little airline providing many routes from both Aberdeen and Birmingham, but they do have an annoying habit of being delayed (inbound aircraft) and then rushing the boarding process to still try and get away on time or leaving boarding until very close to departure...

Both journeys were on time. Straight forward process apart from security check which was a bit of a kerfuffle but that's not Flybe. Comfortable and roomy seats. Nice staff. Interesting propeller plane! What more do you need from a short flight? We would definitely fly with Flybe again.

Small airport, so no great crowds of people, no great hike to the planes and no long queues. But using Norwich airport you pay a £10per person for the pleasure of using the airport and cannot get through to departures until it’s paid. Small cafe with limited choice and limited choices on duty free.

Everything went smoothly, from the gate opening dead on time and prompt boarding, to the friendly cabin crew who were obviously enjoying their jobs, the early arrival, the prompt disembarkation and the baggage being already on the belt when we got to it! Excellent!

Why were we asked to put our hand baggage in the hold? When we boarded the plane a great number of people were carrying large bags on to the plane. Inconsistent rules. Just because we were checking large cases into the hold they insisted our hand baggage was checked in also. Not a way to win customer loyalty.

We arrived at airport in Venice to be told flight cancelled. It was Saturday lunchtime and they offered a flight on Monday evening. No other information. The lady then said go upstairs to general sales and see if you can find a flight??? (No very helpful). We sat for a while wondering where the money was coming from for hotel...

Can't fault anything. Had a problem (our fault) on checking luggage in. Sorted very well by customer service. Brilliant flight on time & with drinks service & duty free on a 30 minute hop. Return flight just as good. In fact, we left early. Highly recommend especially out of Southampton. Made what could have been a stressful journey easy.
