I have flown this route so many times and each time has been punctual, comfortable and I've had great service. Of course, this is a budget airline and the seats are smaller and the meals need to be paid for. But otherwise, super clean and the service is always friendly and with a smile. Plus, I can only speak for...

After three weeks of waiting for AirAsia offices to reply to our numerous written request for clarification on their luggage policy, I managed to get a verbal and eventualyy actual confirmation on the day of travel about excess baggage as follows: When you book extra kilograms of luggage, it does not matter how many pieces it is. For example: We...

AirAsia drop bag counter only opens 3 hours before flight time. Other than that all was fine. The actual flight was on time and the journey was smooth. Airplane was clean and the food served was reasonably tasty.

Ok, I get it. No habla englese. Or however you say it in Malaysian. But for an airline that had 2 major crashes in the past few years; the fact that their website truly sucks, just might tell you about the airline. Issues include: if you are booking from a different country but using an American credit card? Forget it....

This is a discount airline, the price is 1/rd of what the standard ones charge for a one-way flight between Bangkok (Subarnabhum) and Kolkata. Pay in advance for your luggage and get a "hot seat" (About $30, this included a meal) and you are as good or better than a standard seat in one of the regular airlines. In my...

Another overnight for me. But it save a lot of time when you do business in IndoChina. The flight is very efficiency and no delay. The services no need too much. It only go up and take your sleep and transit sleep again. No people bother you. thanks

On my recent flight from Penang to Bangkok they kept us on the tarmac for 1 and 1/2 hours on a 1 and 1/2 hour flight. I think they were waiting for the last five passengers to board which means 200 passengers had to wait for them. AirAsia does not care about you

Should consider at least the flat bed or another full fledged airline for flights more than 3 hours travel time. The price paid after all in actually like 80% of my Thai Airways flying the other direction previously, not really signifying a "budget" airline.
