I have been flying with AirAsia for years an have always been impressed. Excellent Customer service always helpful in anyway. Cabin Crew are very friendly and make every flight enjoyable. I have never experienced a delay or cancellation of all my flights. Excellent value for money. Great variety of food a drink at very reasonable prices.

The service was good and cabin crew very professional and polite. However unless you book at the right time there’s not much less in price to Thai smile. AirAsia is not an airline that accommodates tall people. Luckily I was by the aisle but I felt like a sardine in a can. They do seem to run to time and...

The airline offers the best service for the money. Inflight food is affordable and delicious enough. Friendly staff. Never faced a delay in the flights between Singapore and Bangkok though experienced some delays delays in the Indian routes. Really a boon for budget travelers.

I have been flying AirAsia for many years and have never had any trouble with them at all. Never a delayed flight, never any trouble getting my luggage, never any trouble with the ground or air staff. Very kind, courteous, professional people.

2 separate flights got delayed I think It happens to every flight at this time and destination you think your getting value for money and just a 4hr stop over that then gets blown out to 8 1/2 hr stop over. Food on the plane was terrible couldn't eat it and I'm not a fussy eater. Would I travel to...

Flight got cancelled, no refund, just a credit to flight with them within 90 days, terrible customer service, small seats, bad food, zero in flight entertainment. You get the idea, the good thing is that I discovered other airlines in the region that are very good, avoid this one

AirAsia is the worst. . If it weren't for the fact that they have flights to every airport in Thailand at relatively convenient times (i.e. not six in the morning, like other airlines), I wouldn't fly them ever again. I went to U-Tapao, where they dominate. Thai Lion and Bangkok Airways also fly there from CNX, but Thai Lion departs...

The service is all ok, somewhat displease ... ,yes, it is low cost, do not expect much. comparing to the price, it is good enough for traveling....

I have flown AirAsia numerous times. The flights are all pretty much the same. They are typically full and on usually arrive on time. We actually were 15 minutes early on the return. What is of note is the Siem Reap airport; nice and new and less than 10 minutes from entering building to resting in waiting room.

I misbooked the dates to my flight to Langkawi and tried to contact their customer service via email, live chat, twitter and phone and was unsuccessful in gaining proper response in resolving my issue. I even went to the airport in Tokyo to find they have no customer service desk! They took over 48 hours to respond to my query...
