Jetstar the airline and crew were great. For a budget airline. We had no delays and pretty good onboard service. My only gripe is this. There was a strict 7Kgs for onboard baggage. You could pay more ( which we did just incase with shopping in tokyo) But when we got to the airport, we saw the check in ground...

The inflight service is nothing special but for the price it doesn’t need to be. The inflight menu is lack lustre and you’re better off bringing your own food but remember to buy food before going through security because there’s only duty free and a cafe after the checkpoint. Bring a laptop or console as none of the entertainment services...

its a low cost carrier, so they use cheaper terminal in narita which is very far from main building. i think its almost 1 km walks from the airplane to get the baggage. if you young and fit its not a problem but if you travel with kids or elderly maybe its not to convenience. their aircraft is new and...

Both flights to and from Sapporo were cancelled. First one due to a tiny bit of snow (no other airlines cancelled) and second cancellation due to “aircraft rotation”. It’s actually as though Jetstar Japan book flights with an intention to cancel at least 2 flights per day. And with cancelled flights come extra costs of rebooking through new airlines because...

Our first time flying Jetstar Japan was in late April 2017. We are flying from Manila to Osaka for a Spring vacation. The aircraft was quite small but we have no complains considering it is indeed a budget airline. The crew did their best in answering the needs of the passengers and were very considerate. The temperature inside the plane...

Every time I decide to give Jetstar another chance they never fail to disappoint........after a week in Hokkaido they decided to cxl my flight with 24hrs notice.......... reason was "aircraft rotation" ...what the $&@# does that mean?? ...... In other words loadings were light so just cancel it and force passengers to take earlier or later flights. Jetstar........you make me...

Jetstar can sometimes surprise even itself with the depths of customer service it can sink to. I accept bad food if it’s free or included in the fare. Here I paid for it. I also paid for entertainment. There wasn’t much to be entertained with. If it was half decent I might buy it again. The toasted ham and cheese...

Best experience with budget airline. We took one of the airport wheelchairs for my mom who has difficulty walking, and when the Jetstar staff noticed it, she approached us and assisted to switch to a Jetstar wheelchair. While the flight was terribly delayed (bad snow conditions), the staff was accommodating and still have a smile though she was running from...

Know exactly how much your bags weigh and Pay AHEAD OF TIME!! It is insane what they charge you if you pay at the airport. I was charged 23,000 yen for skis and a bag going one way from Tokyo to Sapporo- that was twice what I paid for the actual ticket! I tried to avoid that kind of charge...

People - think twice before booking with Jetstar. Five hour delay getting here to Osaka and now at least three hours late at Osaka leaving for Cairns. The service has deteriorated since travelling with them two years ago. We are waiting in line and only three lacklustre attendants on duty. So disappointing. It makes me embarrassed to claim this airline...
