Founded in 2013, AirAsia India (I5) is a low-cost carrier that is headquartered in Bengaluru, India. It is a subsidiary of Malaysia-based AirAsia (AK); Tata Sons and Telestra Tradeplace are also part owners. AirAsia India operates from a primary hub at Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) and a secondary hub at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). AirAsia India flies to 10 destinations within India, including Goa International Airport (GOI), Pune Airport (PNQ) and Jaipur International Airport (JAI). Its fleet consists of five Airbus A320-200 aircraft.

The Worst Airline Experience Ever!

I’ve traveled with many airlines, but AirAsia takes the crown for being the absolute worst. My recent 12-hour journey was a nightmare: No Toilets for a 12-Hour Flight: Imagine being stuck on a long-haul flight with no functioning bathrooms. Completely unacceptable! Some bathrooms were leaking, creating an unhygienic and unbearable situation for everyone onboard. No Vegetarian Food: Despite pre-booking a meal, no vegetarian option was available. What kind of airline ignores such basic dietary requirements? Horrendous Smell: The flight had an unbearable stench that persisted throughout the journey. It smelled like the airline had no standards for cleanliness or maintenance. Delays with No Accountability: The flight was delayed for hours with zero communication or apology from the airline. Poor Customer Service: Staff seemed indifferent to the passengers’ plight and offered no solutions or assistance. This was hands-down the worst flight experience I’ve ever had. AirAsia clearly has no regard for their passengers’ comfort, safety, or basic needs. I will never fly with them again, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this airline at all costs.

Horrible Air Asia

Air Asia is a low cost airlines and it reflects in the way the customers are serviced by the staff, as if the staff is doing a favour! The staff seems to be playing a game with customers. Unable to check in online and standing in queue at the airport, only to be informed by wierd behaving staff that check in first needs to be done at the kiosk. When checking in via the kiosk, the kiosk flashes an unsurprising message, that check in not possible and proceed to counter. While the customer is running from pillar to post, the staff seem to be having a lot of fun!

Worst experience with air Asia, prefer Batik

Kuala Lumpur - BengaluruAsia

Worst flight to travel international. Laptop bag is also considered for cabin checkin weightage. Water has to be bought in flight and not provided by airlines.

Worst airline ever

The crew in Trivandrum is the worst. They have no manners and don’t know how to talk to customers. For an international airlines one would expect minimum training for their staffs. This is the first time I had such a bad experience. Never AirAsia. Malaysian airlines is 1000 times better
