Initially when this airline started servicing Chadron, it was a bit better. Rarely on time though. If you choose to book Boutique, I recommend leaving a minimum 4 hour layover to catch additional flights. This is a reasonably priced flight, the only reason it’s still worth using. I haven’t experienced, but have heard about many, many last minute cancellations. Often...

My flight from Massena to Boston was great. It left on time and got there on time. The seating was reasonably comfortable except for no head rest. On the return the flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours which would have caused a misconnect with my Boston DC flight. There was space on an earlier flight that was also quite late...

This small airline does a pretty good job. Later in the day flights have difficulty being on time. The small plane is very limited in Baggage space. Keep your luggage to a minimum. it does offer connecting flights to United Airlines. The seats are very comfortable as the airplanes was designed for entry level corporation's. A single engine aircraft. Airport...

This is a frustrating airline. I watched as they sent out half empty flights for a short hop to Alamosa, but would not let me go standby since my booking was through a corporate system. I called our corporate travel agent and they had never heard of such a thing. Boutique said they can only do standby if a ticket...

At Boutique air you get personal attention because there are only 8 passengers on the plane. They gate check your carry-on. You fly out of the end of a terminal way far away from the other bigger planes, which is fine once you find where you are supposed to be. Beware that if a flight gets cancelled because of weather...

BoutiqueAir cancelled our flight while we were on our honeymoon in Thailand, we had purchased our tickets months in advance to be sure everything was figured out. While we were in a different country, and we found out 3 days before the flight. They said sorry, would refund us, and would give us 50% off on our next flight. This...

A friend and just took a return trip from Massena, NY to Boston, MA through Boutique Air and it was great. The plane was small but comfortable and clean and the flight was a huge time saver at a great price. The entire staff was wonderful including Levi in Massena who really helped us out on our return flight by...

Comfortable seats in these little planes. The one-engine-only when flying over the Rockies is a little disconcerting but there isn't any other choice. Pilots were friendly and overall it is an informal flight. They have a little fridge with water and soda as well as a drawer of peanuts/snacks so you can help yourself to those if you'd like.

I’ve flown Boutique on numerous occasions and it’s always a fun experience. Now let me tell you that Boutique flies Pilatus 8 passenger aircraft so passengers and crew are in close proximity. However, all of the Boutique staff I’ve met are just best people. Even though we have to drive 90 minutes to or from Chadron, NE to connect to...
