Passengers beware Level Airline.... Just checked online our flight out of Montreal on July 16th @11:15pm and it was cancelled as well. What a disaster no notice NOTHING....called and got a refund from air Iberia and had to re-book a new flight to Paris with Air Transat 3x the price what a mess....never again

An average experience flying for 11 hours. It wasn’t bad and it wasn’t great either. On our return flight we were bumped up premium economy. A bit better with added meals and snacks. We booked a flight on Iberia and expected that level of service, but to our surprise when we got to the Boston airport we were on LEVEL. If at all possible look for another airline. Service was terrible, food was poor, plane was dirty with crumbs on the seat tray. Staff attitude was a new level of LOW. :(

Not 100% sure it was Premium Economy, but we did get food, so I think so. Anyway, a truly unpleasant experience. Granted, it was the maiden flight to Paris, and there was quite a show: a huge assortment of pastries (AND dancing girls!!) at the gate. But check-in was astoundingly slow. We waited for at least an hour on line....

Extremely disappointing experience both ways. We sat in the front row in premium economy, which seemed to offer by far the most legroom in the premium cabin. Hi Chris, thanks for the feedback. With regards to purchasing food and drink, this was available through the in-flight entertainment screen. All you needed to do was order and pay and the crew would have brought it directly to you.

About LEVEL (airline)
Founded in 2017, LEVEL is a low-cost carrier based at Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and Paris Orly (ORY). It offers long-haul flights from Barcelona to: Buenos Aires (EZE), Argentina and Los Angeles (LAX); Boston (BOS) and Oakland (OAK) San Francisco in the United States. It will also start flying between Paris Orly (ORY) and New York, Newark (EWR), Montréal (YUL), Martinique (FDF) and Guadeloupe (PTP). The airline’s fleet consists of two Airbus A330-200 aircraft, which will increase to five this summer. Each of which has 21 seats in its premium economy cabin and 293 seats in its economy cabin.
