NEW

I took Premium Flat Bed seat on Thai Air Asia X to KIK Osaka recently, and I was happy with their service and had comfortable flight which arrived on time despite the strong typhoon and airport closure just a few hours before landing.

First time i have flown air asia x on international route . Tried to save money to stay at the Hilton hotel.First flight was from Chiang Rai to Bangkok. My knees were pressed against the the seat in front of me, absolutely no room at all.The meal was a cheap rice and chicken that tasted like it was months old...

What the hell!? This is the first time in my life to have stewardess walking through the aisles spraying aerosols to kill potential bugs. OMyGosh! The warning to cover your moth and nose didn’t come until they had already it. People were couching, babies started crying. You could see the spray in the air as well. Really not a nice...

All okay - basic airline with cheap fares, get you there no fuss. I am a FF and this is just a base service, no food or anything, we were down the back and when you hit turbulence, better up front of the aircraft..

Very disappointed with Air Asia as a frequent flyer after last experience. Online check-in had errors and glitches which did not allow me to checkin early, charged 40,000 yen at airport. Showed pictures of website glitches and errors, airline does not care or understand. Then I was accidentally tripled charged on my return flight baggage. Had 5 transactions for baggage...

Picked up a super cheap ticket to fly from DMK to Tokyo and following a delay from Bali DPS we got a meal voucher and extra leg room seats. The flight was very empty so we were also able to take advantage of more seats to be able to sleep comfortably by making our own economy flatbed. Don't expect any...

Australia became my 91st country. Dozens of airline companies from all over the world. Air Aisa has become the worst. Absolutely. Airline is a real disaster. Of course, not in the sense like for the dead passengers of that flight from the Indonesian Surabaya, where relatives are suing the brainchild of Mr. Fernandez so far. We survived, but Air Asia...

Everything about Air Asia is bad. Checking staff are rude, air cabin crew are rude and think they are better than everyone else, seating is extremely small, you have to pay for anything and everything. When you book online it usually gives you back an incorrect ticket which you then have to pay to change. Even booking at the counter...
