Looking at all negative reviews, I was apprehensive of taking this one. However, considering limited options, I bought my flight tickets and was ready with a plan B, just in case.
To my surprise, everything went well. The flight was on time. The staff was kind and flight was right on time. Not even a min late.
They even walked us to the terminal building with umbrella when we landed @ Sumbawa Besar Airport.
Pleasantly surprised. Thought of putting this review as sometimes airline get only negative reviews when things go bad but not positive reviews when they do things okay.

Legal SCAMMERS!!! the worst airline experience in my life. Total rip off. 100 ozzy dollar for each surfboard to go to a surfing Island that has nothing apart from surf.
I got my return flight cancelled and had to buy a new return ticket because they denied my refund saying my refund request was out of time limit! unbeliavble.
Customer service dont even knoiw what they are doing and cannot comunicate.
Avoid this airline. far king scammers

Flight for 20 minutes from bali to Lombok 120 AUD
1 x surfboard 100 AUD for 1 way. Absurd
Never seen this anywhere in the world.
company with huge monopoly. I don’t understand how the authorities are allowing this.
Come on Indonesia and president. Do something this company is ruining your tourism industry.

Worst flight experience ever
Lombok - DenpasarAsia
3 hours delay. No information at the airport from the ground staff. We missed our connection flight in Bali and when I contacted the customer support there was not even an excuse or any compensation.
One star rating is already to high. I highly recommend to book with Citilink when traveling in Indonesia.

WINGS AIR: WHAT A DREADFUL AIRLINE!
Lombok - DenpasarAsia
When I booked our air tickets from Bali to Lombok I did it through Agoda and the best timing of flights meant flying Citilink to Lombok and Wings Air back to Bali. The Citilink flight was great, a beautiful, comfortable new plane, easy boarding, on time and we did not have to pay anything extra for our one bag. Unfortunately, on the way back to Bali our experience with Wings Air was not quite so successful. When we arrived at the airport to check-in for the flight, we had to pay an extra US $30.00 for our bag. When boarding began it became clear that our plane was a small turbo-prop variety (not indicated on any of the timetables etc.) with access via steps down to the tarmac and then steps up into the plane. I am a Senior Citizen with mobility problems (arthritis) and I find it difficult going up and down stairs. It would have been nice to know beforehand that boarding the flight would be problematic for me so I could have chosen an alternative airline . Once inside the plane there was no air-conditioning turned on and the whole plane was stiflingly hot. Luckily after take-off, the flight was uneventful and we arrived safely in Bali after almost an hour, about 35 minutes longer than with the Citilink flight. Given this experience, I would never suggest taking Wings Air to anyone traveling in Indonesia. The alternative airlines such as Garuda, Lion Air and Citilink seem to be much better options.

Don’t go as a surfer. They charge you more then then it should. In the end we had to pay more for our boards then for our flight ticket.
