Lots of delays.

They can delay your schedule and won't allow you to do a refund if the change of schedule is less than 60 mins. Ridiculous policy. Then why would you send me message asking me whether i want to do a refund?
When I took other airlines, even with 15 mins change of schedule, they would ask us to confirm whether we want to do 100% refund.
Don't take this airline, better take batik air instead.

Flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours, where the duration of the flight waa under 1 hour. We are very worried that if the same delays occurs happens in 2 days time, we could miss our International flight home.

both flights were cancelled . 1 flight there was rebooked 12 a day latter , ok i guess
2 flight back, also cancelled, can't rebook got refund of 12 the paid amount for 6 of us .
NEVER AGAIN .

CITILINK SCAM AIRLINE

Turns out this airline is scamming folk.
They take bookings, then cancel a week later. When you chat to their call centre there are no flights available to rebook and you just an email address to claim a refund.
No one responds to the email and the call centre keeps referring you to the email address.
We will report them to ombudsman but don't think we will see our money again.
Total Scam!

Stolen our Money. Do not trust this scam

They have cancelled our flight via What's app, almost impossible to contact via phone, eventually spoke to someone who could barely hear us and barly spoke English who were totally unhelpful.
Basically Ctilink have stolen our money. I wish I had read the reviews which warn of this Scam airline.
Do yourself a favour and never give them your money.

If you are hungry they have good food in-flight. What you have to do is just order.
