Worst airline ever

Flying with batik air was an absolute nightmare. From delayed flights to rude staff, every aspect of the experience was frustrating. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable, and the customer service was non-existent. I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone. Save yourself the stress and fly with a more reliable option.

Freaking money collectors!

This is the worst airlines, I've never got weight check for my hand luggage in my life and they checking it on a flight to bali, I don't know why they choose only this direction but anyway I don't recommend this airlines. During the flight only one toilet was working.. I wish you will become bankrupt for doing such bad job and caring about nothing but money ! I paid 450 MYR which is worth 100$ for overweight, I know you are a low coaster type of airlines but why are you you making extra cash in such bad way?

Never Again with Batik Air and Never Again to Indonesia

This is the first time I fly Batik Air. All information at the airport relating to Batik Air are not correct. There were flight delay, not communication at all and kept all the customers waiting for more then 1 hour. And the gate change also not communicated till we need to find out ourselves. Wrost of all, non of the customer service people at the airport can help with additional info about Batik Air. The Batik Air ground crews are hopeless and helpless in helping their customers. Overall, it's a NO, NO for me again. Don't mention about recommending this to others. Horrible experience. The Hatta airport is also horrendous. It's a terrible experience for me and family from Australia Holiday in Jakarta, Indonesia.

NIGHT MARE, AVOID AT ANY COST

What a night mare guys. Please avoid this airline at any cost. We spent $1600 aud for two tickets, and they didn’t even over bother to offer a small bottle of water foregt about snacks or food. No screens, poor customer service. I requested for water and can you beleive i have to wait 30 minutes just to get a cup of water. Will never ever book this flight ever in my life.

My luggage was not transferred to my connection flight. Only received both my bags 5 days later!! They made departure times earlier than planned and changed gate number. Charged other passengers for excess hand luggage weight. Staff is not professional.
