Plane service was fantastic. Meals were served on our flight to Santiago, but not to Lima. Very comfortable seating and excellent staff.

The seats are comfortable and entertainment good enough to keep you occupied. Take off and landing was smooth. Food was fine but always room for improvement. Flight attendants were polite so overall a pretty good flight.

This company is an absolute joke. Upon travelling to South America I had to make on the spot changes to my flights. which resulted in me not catching my last connecting flight. As a result of this they cancelled my International return flight from lima top Melbourne. it was only by chance that I noticed that my flight had been...

We flew from Johannesburg to Sao Paulo, on to Santiago and return. Flights were comfortable but not one of 4 was on time. On return the flight was loaded and then we sat for 1,5 hours waiting take off clearance. Although we did not miss any connecting flights it is a waste. On the positive side the captain and crew...

This was my first time flying with Latam on the Qantas side, and I was travelling business class. The service and meals were satisfactory, but not outstanding. The seats reasonably comfortable, and when collapsed to form a bed still reasonably comfortable. The Santiago lounge was just okay, but not comfortable, and the snacks provided not overly inviting.

WE are a family of four that travels regularly to Brazil and made a decision as a family to spend 2018 Christmas and new years there, I bought and PAID our tickets and got our seats confirmation in September 2018. When it came time to travel and for LATAM to deliver the goods, they not only didn't do it, they...

The aisle seat in row 17 was missing it's arm rest but luckily no one was in the middle seat. They say their international flights are very good but this internal flight was definitely not one of their more modern planes. We did get a free drink during the flight.

About LATAM Airlines
In August 2010, LAN and TAM Brazilian Airlines announced plans to merge their companies into a single brand and operation to be known as LATAM Airlines Group. TAM and LAN together serve around 115 destinations in 23 countries with a combined fleet of 280 aircraft. In May 2016, the new brand of the combined carrier was revealed and the phasing out of the individual airline identities began. While the airline will still maintain separate IATA codes for the former airlines, the identity, product and service standards have begun to be standardised. The merged carrier, the largest in Latin America, is known as LATAM Airlines, a member of the oneworld alliance.
