Skiathos Town Villa Advice

Need help on accommodation choice

My friends are looking at Skiathos in August, mum & dad and a 6 year old. They like small villas or apartments where there are only maybe 5 or 6 apartments, with a pool, close to beach. Apartments need to be quite roomy..any ideas?? ... more

... There are at least 2 two bedroom apts and a couple of villas. Try looking at Monarch Holidays. Mike has contracts with Thomas Cook (studios only) and Monarch( both studios and the larger accomodation). Look quickly though as they get booked up very quickly with repeat visitors. ... take a look at Zaharo Villas in Troulos..you can read reviews here! It's located ON the beach..no road to cross;-) We had a wonderful studio which easily accommodated 3 even though there were oly 2 of us! The neighborhing apartment I remember seeing was huge..2 bedrooms ... more

The Plaza Hotel at Kanapitsa beach was our number one! We have been going to Skiathos since 1985 and have stayed at the Alkyon Hotel, Villa Kim, Villa Nikh and the Plaza which was definitely the best for us ... more
