Guardamar - advice needed

... would like to get a Villa with private pool near to the beach at Guardamar , but these seem rare. Seen some in El Raso , is there much to do there ( want to be able to walk to bars/resturants) in the evening.

Can't really walk from El Raso to Guardamar, you would need a car or taxi.
Guardamar is a Spanish town so hardly any private villas in the town.
There are some nice newly built apartments in the town though which have pools and very close to the beach. ... more

When looking for a villa in Cabo Roig, I suggest you find one on the beachside of the main N332 road, it will be alot closer to the beach and the bars and restaurants. However the closer to the beach the villa is, then the more you can expect to ... more

I know these villas and the owners, I used to do the transfers to them. They are lovely people and the villas are, as you say, fantastic!
