Which community for 18 month old? Which has heated pool?

... would like to rent a villa for the week, and am debating which community would be best. Any suggestions? What should we take into account. Ones I'm thinking of would be Los Molinos, El Ranco, Los Altos etc.

Los Altos are community villas between Bellaluz & Los Oilvos.
Los Molinos & El Rancho are similar in style to one another & similar distance from the golf courses.
La Colina are behind Los Olivos.

The other 2 areas are close enough to each other to walk to / from - about 10 / 15 minutes apart walking.
