need suggestion for vacation/student dropoff in Providence

... it is a vacation. Most vacation rentals are not in the city but closer to the coast. Bristol is a beautiful community with seasonal vacation housing, well situated between Providence and Newport. Here you would also be close to the most beautiful and tranquil corner of the state Little Compton ... more

Also, Brown University(big college) offers a lot of temporary housing/sublets for oreigners ... more

... be hasty with long term apartment rentals. Just wandering around the greater Providence area you may find an area you like to live in.

... We're happy to just eat bread and cheese and a cup of soup for dinner usually. Since there's 5 of us, the laundry could cost a small fortune. I will also look at some apartment hotels in the Providence area but prefer to be near Brown.
