Vacation rentals are illegal in New York City, and unfortunately that includes Brooklyn. Now, it's unclear to me whether this place is actually a short term apartment rental, or whether the owner lives on site, which would likely qualify it as a B&B unless there are more than ... more

Do you realize, a lot of Bay Ridge is not accessible by subway making a car necessary? I would just do a google search for furnished monthly apartment rental bay ridge brooklyn and you'll get different websites. Proceed with great caution. Lots of scams online. ... more
