If I am thinking of the right villas, they were originally built as private homes,(one was briefly occupied whilst we were staying in Cala D`or a while back ), hopefully someone with more recent info will help. ... more

The exact same thing happened to some people who booked these villas in Cala d'Or last year - they had all the paperwork through FlipKey and had to book into a hotel when the turned up at the villas!!! ... more
