Can anyone advise on what smoking laws are (going to Parque de las Paz in PDLA).
Hubby has given up, so don't want to be in any smoky bars etc! Hoping will be warm enough to be sitting outside in the evenings. ... more

I have just come back from Tenerife. You are not allowed to smoke in enclosed places - i.e. hotel rooms etc. In restaurants if the table is outside you can smoke, but if inside you can't. Same with bars if you want a smoke you have to go outside. ... more

... restaurants in Tenerife have a smoking ban - it depends on the size of the establishment. Many restaurant/bars have managed to wriggle out of the smoking ban (under 100 sq.m. and it's up to the proprietor). I think there should have been an all-out ban. After all ... more
