Where to stay ? Biarritz, St. Sebatian or Bilbao ??

This is a difficult request as there are very few "villas" in the Pays Basque other that the Basque county homes (B&B, Gites and a few whole house rentals).

Hi, We are a family interested in staying in the Biarritz / Bidart area and would welcome advice on campsites or apartments there.
Has anyone stayed at Sunelia Berrua campsite in Bidart? Also what is the weather like end of July or early August?
