My dad has family in Reno and we're planning on spending Christmas with them this year. We're thinking about getting a vacation rental near Tahoe in the Nevada side. Any suggestions? Also how are the driving conditions during Christmas when commuting from Tahoe to Reno? Thanks in advance. ... more

Tanamera has a GREAT pool and lovely landscaping. Lots of walking trails around that area as well. It used to be an apartment complex but is in the process of converting to condo ownership. Definitely worth a look. ... more

... pretty much a 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs etc.. When we rented one the Master bedroom had a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are also couches than can sleep someone if needed. They are located within easy walking distance ... more
