Been reviewing various sites for a vacation home, cabin or condo that would accommodate 6 adults. Preference would be to have 3 bedrooms (w/ one bedroom having 2 bunks for the boyfriends) :).. Would be arriving mid-July 2012.. Any ideas or past experiences?? ... more

The Shores at Mackinaw has just what you want, but the price is about $100 more a night. Bridge View Motel and Condo may be more in your price range, but I know nothing about them. ... more

I've only driven through (it looks nice, though not fancy), but friends that stayed there a couple of years ago were happy with the condos. The closest good fishing without a boat is probably the breakwater at the Cheboygan River. About 15 miles down US 23. ... more
