The condo we have in Incline Village has both a/c and a ceiling fan. More often than not the ceiling fan does the job, because we can open sliders at both ends of the condo to get flow through air when we come back from the lake in the ... more

... traffic noise is not exceptional, but the heavy equipment, drilling, beeping, paving, etc. is louder than normal around the Dollar Hill II condos. Look carefully at whatever location you are considering...unless you are literally right on the road, you will have far less noise than in most city places ... more
