Hi has anyone booked through Peninsula Villa Care before, have booked a villa in ~Yalikavak and they take part deposit by paypal (fine) but rest has to be bank transfer to the owner direct...is this normal? If someone can put our minds at rest that would be great ... more

... out holiday. Transfers were great.....villa was ok......pool not ready til day 3, cleaning non exixtent, quite a lot of things broke or were broken when we arrived, but could have been fabulous with a little up keep! Still we made the best of it and all in all ... more

We booked flight and accomodation separately, we had a villa with a pool, which was lovely. We weren't right in Yalikavak it was about a 10 minute drive away. ... more

I cant recommend anywhere suitable in Yali (as when we visited we had a private villa with pool) however another option might be Akyaka - there are hotels/small villas in Akyaka that might suit - try Akyaka.com for more info

... the lovely river with its fish restaurants. Yalikavak is fine in its own way but we found it a bit overdeveloped - every available hillside is covered with white villas. Akyaka on the other hand has a beautiful green backdrop and spring water that bubbles up from the sea bed. Lovely ... more
