I didn't stay there, but ate at their restaurant and they took us to look at their apartments they certainly looked very nice, very clean and spacious ... more

... Even at 500$ you will be struggling to find something furnished. You would be best off renting somewhere unfurnished and then buying some second stuff yourself like a t.v, fridge and cooking stove and cooking facilties.
