You would not be allowed to smoke in a restaurant or bar that is airconditioned. The balcony should be OK. ... more

... far as I can remember, Areca lodge has a non-smoking policy inside the hotel, restaurant and pub. You can smoke at the pool and at the beer bar at the entrance of the hotel. They provide you with ashtrays in your room so you can smoke on the balcony ... more

I see people smoking at outside beer bars all the time. There are ashtrays on the tables and fans overhead. Some of the smaller enclosed bars allow smoking. I never ... ... for elections with alcohol prohibited - you can still get drinks then. I imagine that smoking regulations are broken pretty often ... more
