Good hotel for disabled access?

... pointed out has been a concern since we went to Phuket, loved the place but access was tough and unfortunately my mobility has declined somewhat since we were last there.
I will definitely contact the resorts prior to going.

we like to go out at night to eat not sure if transport would be easy for access on/off or if taking a wheelchair would be possible to use it

hi, looking at the pix, it looks as if there are lots of steps on to the beach from the ocean wing. could anyone tell me if there is disabled access or if indeed there are lots of steps?

... step area" is actually built to a curve so it may be a little difficult to negotaite a wheelchair down to the beach. The area around the pool its self has more than adequate space to accomodate prams, strollers & wheelchairs. The rest of the resort/hotel is quite wheelchair friendly ... more

... can certainly recommend it for wheelchair users,they have lifts and it is pretty flat round the grounds and pool area.All the restaurants are on the grounfloor.

I think that you will struggle with the wheelchair outside the hotel, the pavements are very uneven and high. Just as long as you are aware of this before you book.
