The apartments often don't have reviews on tripadvisor, but both stayz and rent-a-home usually have some reviews on the properties listed. I've made enquiries and/or booked through both and had no issues - it comes down to the operator in the end. Sorry, haven't stayed ... more

Hi- Have booked with stayz before and had no problems. But have not stayed at the apartment you suggested- only stayed on separate occassions at Mecure Hobart, Rydges Hobart and also stayed at May Fair Plaza on Sandy Bay Road. ... more
