I wouldn't miss Villa Pisani in Strà and Villa Foscari (La Malcontenta) but all of them are worth a visit, this is really a though question... more

I would also suggest Vicenza for palladio's architecture if that interests you. A wednesday viosit means you can visit Villa Rotonda, considered his masterpiece. And we absolutely loved Mantova.
