Travelodges in Bham have rooms in June for £30 per room per night but you would need 2 rooms.
Maybe rent an apartment for the night that way im sure the 5 of you can stay together ... more

There are a number of apartments for rent for one night in Birmingham and some are 2 bedroom.
Arc apartments in central Birmingham do have some 2 bedroom

... I have stayed a several apartments in Birmingham. There are a few with availability at around the same price on LateRooms. Do a search for 5 people, not 2 adults and 3 children and you can find the apartments.

... Etap is however on a major road and I know the rooms are pretty well sound proofed but again, if noise is an issue, ask for a room away from the road.
Of the three you have suggested, I would still pick Arc – provided you can get a quiet apartment ... more

Cant help with the apartments as I have never stayed at either.
The Arc apartments are in ... ... redeveloped in the last 20 years with lots of things to see and do.
So either apartment would be fine, though I would say the Arc ones just shade it for their location ... more
