My friend and I hired Robert Parlato, a licensed guide out of Vicenza. We met her there (on a Wednesday) and she, with a driver, gave us the most amazing day touring the Palladian villas.

Note that the Villa Rotonda can only be visited internally on Wednesdays. I was interested to find that the family still lives there, and a family also in the Villa Valmarana.
