... and I think the big condos sleep 8. We had 6 girls and were very comfy. you can ski down the slope of Horseshoe ski hills right outside your door which is pretty cool. we want to go back and try the snowmobiling. Definately worth the drive now full on ... more

... Are you staying in a condo or private chalet? There are several of these communities in the same area...i.e. Sugar Bush, Cathedral Pines etc.

Hi withrespect, thanks. We arrive on Sunday (28th) and we are definitely at Carriage Hills. It's a timeshare as we are members of RCI, so I suppose it will be a condo. I'll try that idea for an advert, it might just work. ... more

... Carriage Hills is definatly a condo...they are really quite nice but condos. There is no restaurants or entertainment on the property.Just a recreation centre. Horseshoe resort is 5 minutes away. There is no taxi in the area other than in Barrie ..cost to barrie aprox. $40. can $ one ... more
