... The listing says it all -- it's a vacation rental. The lack of reviews doesn't indicate anything good or bad. As with all similar properties, you have to take your chances. Fire inspections, health inspections, business licences, insurance, etc. are not legally required for vacation rentals in New Mexico ... more
