Additional Rate and Availability Information
There is a discount for couples using only one bed and numerous other bargains throughout the year detailed on the website. There is also a free welcome pack of wine and homemade cake for weekly rentals. Since we vary rates on a weekly basis to take account of school holidays etc you should contact us to find out a precise tariff for the week you have in mind. You may like to know that our lowest week is £250 and our highest £450.

We are in the heart of the East Devon AONB close to Axminster, Seaton and Lyme Regis. Our property is in an elevated position looking down the Axe valley with views of the sea which is about 3 miles away.
