This is excellent holiday accommodation. It is far enough away from the beach and main hubbub to be quiet but near enough to have all the amenities easily accessible. The accommodation has everything you could want like plenty of towels, duvets and extra blankets, along with ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom for when it gets hotter in the middle of the day. It is an ideal place to just relax and we intend to go back again next year. The owner contacted us to make sure that we had all the information we needed before we left the U.K. and also to make sure that we had been happy with everything when we came back. The owners, the accommodation and the area that it is in were all relaxed and friendly without being in your face. The hot tub is a real treat and whilst we were there it was serviced which gave us peace of mind that it was kept in tip top condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good too which is usually a sore point when...

We had a fabulous holiday in Casa Louann. We could not have asked for better weather for the time of year,around 23 degrees. We found the accommodation and the location of the villa good with easy access to all local facilities on foot. We didnt hire a car as one was not needed as there is a good, cheap bus service close by. It was a 20 minute walk to our favourite beach where we went most days, which we really enjoyed. Also the restaurants were excellent also some 20 minutes walk away. The nearest supermarket was a 5 minute walk and catered for all our needs, including alchohol!! The management team was very friendly and helpful as well as being there if we needed them. David and Denise Scott, the owners of the property, could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will certainly be going again to Fuerteventura and would recommend this villa..

Fifth person additional price £40 per week.

FOR 2 WEEKS OR MORE A REDUCTION OF £20 PER WEEK WILL APPLY (Not applicable to Christmas period).

Preferred payment is GB pounds, by cheque or bank transfer, we will also accept bank transfer payment in EURO's please enquire about exchange rate at time of booking

Non refundable deposit to secure booking £50 per week. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.

We also require a fully refundable security deposit of £100.00 to cover any breakages or damage to the property. The Refundable deposit will be paid back by cheque or bank transfer within 7 days after departure if no damage has been reported by our Property manager. Any damage done would forfeit part or whole of the deposit.

A Mamas and Papas travel cot with sheets and blanket is available for hire at £15.00 per week and
