Have just spent a week at the Villa with my wife and two teenage boys. Its in a great location with views to the the sea, ten minutes brisk walk to the beach and the town centre. Directly across the road is a useful supermarket and a couple of bars which were handy if you don't want the walk.
The Villa is nicely fitted out with matching furnishings and feels very spacious. The games room is very handy and the boys made good use of the pool table. The terrace and pool are great. The pool is not overlooked and gets the sun all day. The outside dining area is spacious and with good views. Everything is clean and well maintained.
Would definitely recommend it to my friends and would like to return again soon.

Please note the above prices are for 6 persons the 7th or 8th persons are charged at £25 sterling extra per person.

The pool is heated from the 1st November 2008 to the 30th April 2009.

A deposit of 25% is payable to book the Villa please note this is non refundable in the case of cancellation for whatever reasons.

The remaining balance is due no later than six weeks before departure.

Please note that the owners do not accept any responsibility for persons who may injur themselves whilst in the property or its grounds .

Please ensure that you have the relevant Travel Insurance to hand before your departure date.

A breakage deposit of £200 is requested by our management company on arrival and will be returned on departure day given all is well.
