Our mistake was booking with an off site rental agency, You Stay/Stayz and not Peppers. On arrival we were told we could not take possession of the apartment as it had not been cleaned from the previous occupant (3 days ago) and it was in such a state they did not want us to see it in that condition, you can imagine how this cooled our expectations, the agent said he would give us $100 credit for the inconvenience (still waiting for that). We walked around the Oasis shopping center for the next two hours until the apartment was ready.
I don't know what the cleaners were doing but cleaning was not it. On arrival at apartment 1207 we found greasy finger/handprints all over the kitchen, cup/glass circles on most surfaces. Lipstick marks on glasses & chipped glasses. Long Black Hair was everywhere, tiles, carpet and showers. There were food and drink stains on the carpets in the living and bedrooms. Half of the walk in wardrobe was occupied by cots and trundle beds so...
