Nice property, with kind owners. The flat itself is well furnished and very nice.

Location:
Fairly well located although the road alongside the flat can get quite noisy during mornings and evening but it is generally very calm from 11pm onwards. Close to a local pub and a few very small food stores although it is not within walking distance of a supermarket.

Service:
Owners were easily reached and came and solved any problems rapidly. Their proximity is a plus. The property provided all the necessary items for an extended stay (ironing, washing, cooking,...), although it does lack a clothes line and a the only open air space is not very private (balcony).

Transport:
Near numerous bus routes. Easy cycling and walking access. Although parking has to be arranged as it gets quite busy.

DISCOUNT of 10% on all bookings of 2 weeks + including TT 2012

The property is a one bedroomed apartment but can accommodate a 3rd person.
Rental from £325 per week (max occupancy 3 except by written agreement)

Minimum bookings of one week 25th May through 3rd Sept (except TT 2012)
Dilapidation deposit of one week rent (Per 2 week's stay or less) payable in advance of stay.
For rentals in excess of 2 weeks there will be a minimum dilapidation deposit of one month's rent.

Deposit of 25% required to secure booking. Rental payable in full six weeks or prior to rental commencing.

Gas and Electricity readings are taken on check-in and check-out and will be charged at the rate charged by Manx Gas and MEA. Electricty is included in the rental 8th June to 29th Sept
Linen change free of charge for rentals of longer than one week.
Cleaning service available.
Wi-Fi Internet free of charge
