Lovely furnishings and lovely outside space - although too cold for February! Spacious - much more spacious than it looks on the site. Lovely touches like fresh bread, milk, tea and coffee for that late boat arrival.

Spacious and well equipped cottage.
Excellent location for steam train and public transport.
Fantastic food at the Whitestone Inn across the road.

Lilac Cottage can accommodate 5 people.
Extra charge of £40 per week for an extra person (ie more than 4)

Rental from £400 per week (additional charge of £40 per week per person if applicable)
Dilapidation deposit of one week rent (Per 2 week's stay or less) payable in advance of stay

For rentals in excess of 2 weeks there will be a minimum dilapidation deposit of one month's rent.
Deposit of 25% required to secure booking
Rental payable in full six weeks or prior to rental commencing
Gas and Electricity readings to be taken on check-in and check-out and will be charged at the rate charged by Manx Gas and MEA
Linen change free of charge for rentals of longer than one week
Cleaning service available
Internet free of charge
