The apartment itself was fantastic - superb location, spacious and nicely fitted out. I suspect it would have been a squash with 6 people though (there were only 3 of us) as the sofa bed must fill most of the living space.
The main thing that let the place down for us was the service. We arrived in the early afternoon and despite having told them our flight details and ETA, couldn't actually find anyone to check us in! There was no reception or check in desk and we eventually found someone to help us after being told by another guest where to find her.
Once we had been shown our apartment we pointed out that 2 of the 3 light bulbs in the bathroom needed changing, not exactly a big job however it took 3 days before the new bulbs were fitted. We mentioned the lack of water pressure and temperature too as one night there was so little pressure the shower wouldn't even work but were told that we should shower earlier to avoid the peak times!
