The price include: Breakfast is always included in above rates, End of Stay Cleaning, Bed Lines, Bathroom Towels, Water, Electricity, Gas for kitchen and water, use of swimming-pool and equipment, Car Parking.

Children under 5 years of age are free, for older children please ask owners.

Tipical Tuscany Dinner on request.

The Price does not include: Heating (according to the amount consumed gas meter), Small Bed or Cot on request, daily cleaning. Bed linens and bath towels are included upon arrival. In case you wish a new set there is a supplement of €10 per person. Use of washing machine in the Laundry room.
