Severn-dipity is 4 km from the village of Ballandean with 2 restaurants, a tavern,Post Office and shop. Within the district there are wineries and 2 national parks. From Ballandean follow Bents Road, cross the Severn R. turn right into Emu Swamp Road, first right into Mungall Lane, first right into Severn-dipity. The cabin is 1km through the farm past silos and into bushland. The carport accommodates 2 cars and enough headspace for a wheelchair lifter.
